Speaking of I do's... I do have a few questions for you;)

I can't believe that your wedding day is right around the corner! I am so excited to celebrate with you and capture all the moments of your big day!

The questionnaire below will help me make sure that I am serving you, your bridal party, family members, guests, and other vendors to the very best of my ability! Please fill this out at your earliest convenience to the best of your ability.

Additionally, here are a few tips that I like to share with all my couples beforehand to make sure the day is as perfect as can be:

  1. Make sure there is natural light in the room where you are getting ready- this will make a WORLD of difference in your getting ready images- promise!
  2. Gather all flat lay details beforehand and tuck them in a box in the bridal suite. This will be the first thing I shoot when I arrive and it's much less stressful for everyone when it is all in once place & helps the detail shots go by faster! Flat lay items can include but are not limited to;
  3. Invitation Suites (envelopes, cards, decorative touches)- pro tip: provide more than 1 set so I can capture all the elements of your suite!
  4. Rings (his & hers)
  5. Any jewelry & hair accessories you will be wearing
  6. Perfume/Cologne
  7. Shoes
  8. Bouquet- pro tip: ask your florist for a few extra loose florals to use for the flat lay shots!
  9. Sentimental details (bouquet charms, notes, vows, bibles, etc.)
  10. Tidy up the getting ready area while I am snagging details shots. We don't want any stanley's or half eaten sandwiches sneaking in the back of our bridal portraits!
  11. Allow more time than you think you need to get ready- it is better to be safe than rushed! This is the most common thing I see throw a timeline off. Hair & makeup takes time, so just remember to a lot some extra for overages.
  12. Take a deep breath & remember that you are getting MARRIED! to the LOVE of your LIFE! This is a day of celebration & I can't wait to celebrate accordingly with you <3

Now time for the questionnaire!!!

Please describe and let me know what time your exit will be:)

I have found that on most wedding days, there is always a somewhat awkward conversation of whether or not bridesmaids or parents or other guests can watch from a distance, or up close, or at all. This is your decision, and I want to ask you in advance so that I can ensure that your preference is honored and that you don't have to have any awkward conversations the day of.

Examples: bride/dad, bride/bridesmaids, groom/mom, bride/groomsmen, any grandparents or siblings, etc.

We all have them so don't feel like you are alone here! It is better for me to know in advance so I can help manage or avoid certain situations on the day of.
